CFL Flowering

What kinda setup should I have for 4 plants in soil? I'm currently running 6x 40 watt 4ft. T12s One fixture at top then 2 on the sides facing down at 45 degree angles.

all i can say is get as much light as u can ! t he more light the better quality and quanitiy of the buds!

4 plants under 240 watts of flourescents is not going to produce much for you, my only suggestion is keep your plants small, the light from those lamps doesn't do anything for you at any kind of distance. In general if you are going to limit yourself to flourescents cfl's are better than tubes since you can manuever them better and get them closer.
