CFL experts help newb please

need cfl advise for veg room and grow hut. Veg room holding 4 babys at a time considering rubermaid veg room? and Considering a 3x3 grow hut holding the same 4 for flowering what kind of cfl lighting options are there? watts? Sizes? I'm not skimping on cost but want to consider doing cfl scared of a fire. Need solid advise thanks in advance you guys rock!

ur gonna want a few 42 watt cfl depending on how many plants, more for flowering stage too. get the work light type that comes with the reflector. ur gonna need to hang them just a few inches from the plants so that ur plants dont stretch.

Ok great link this is extreme. Now I've read it and am considering hid but am scarred of a fire I'll make a new post I want to know what is hands down the safest ballast( best ballast) and why? I think 400 w for 4 ladys?
