CFL DWC HPS setup

First I'll show you my CFL that are under maintenance/Construction =D.



Just seeing if i using the right wires to connect to the CFL lamp. The fourth picture the wires are not meant to touch each other when plug into the power strip right? Last time i did it my circuit blew. Just refix the circuit from the outside house transformer or whatever the power thing is. The plug has 2 regular and earth and is the typical normal household plug. Can i use them or i should use the other 3 prong plug? I have like 3 or 4 of those lamps and 2 are currently working fine.

The Long T8 is a 4ft tube. Fitted with 2 36W standard/Warm white. Will use them on the side of the grow room. Since they can't fit into my wall facing down. Using them on the side with the Cfl lamps on the top. It will be enough for 3 plants or more.

Put 911 on speed dial before you go to bed with those bare wires exposed.

oh there not even in use yet, i'll fix them later when i get electric tape. 911 won't reach me anyways lols

3rd picture the 4ft cfl tube is covered with some plastic. Should i take it off or leave it on? Some plastic that protects the bulbs from getting hit.
