cfl during a rainy day???

i have a 4 day old seedling that i keep outside under the almighty sun but today it rain which is good for my tomatos and chiles but i brought my seedling in and have her under 2 23w 6500k cfl is that okay for now untill the rain clears up or is better to just leave her near my window

If it's a seedling, its probably better off under the 2 CFLs than outside. The sun can burn it up if it gets too hot, and you also gotta look out for birds that might pick it off.
Keep it under the bulbs until it has at least 4 or 5 nodes. (Nodes where leaf sets grow)
