cfl closet grow w/ pics! a few questions

So this is my 3rd grow in this little closet in a spare bedroom. First two grows were alright, nothing exciting, maybe 12-14 grams from each plant, two plants the first time, one the second time.

For this grow, I ordered some feminized MK from Nirvana. I plan on growing 1-2 plants at a time. Since space is limited, I'll be vegging and flowering in the same space.

It's a small closet with the floor about 3 feet of the ground. That's Rosemary in there, just to give you an idea. I have 2x43-watt (3000 lumen) bulbs, and 8x26watts (294 watts). Roughly 18000 lumen total. I used two reflectors from my reptile cages, lined with aluminium. I have a number of y-prongs connected together to an extension cord with 4 hanging outlets.

The closet is lined with reflective plastic.

There is a fair bit of light leak from the door since it doesn't shut properly. I'm not too concerned about this. I'm not worried about odour control either. I own this house with my girlfriend and she's a big supporter :)

Things I didn't do in my previous grows that I plan on doing this time:
-Getting a ph meter.
-Using less nutes. I burned leaves on the last two goes.
-Posting in here as I go!

Questions!
-Any ideas on how to reflect those massive 43-watt bulbs?
-Do you think I have enough lighting in here for two plants? Even during flowering? I don't want to overdo it. I'd rather get a big yield slowly than a smaller yield quickly.
-I have two fertilizers from the hardware store, 25-10-10 and 8-14-9. Are these okay? How much of a difference would going with organics like Fox Farm make?
-Any other tips / advice / things to look out for would be helpful!

what's your growing medium?.. I'm no expert or anything..(newbie.. still on my first grow...) but i noticed a huge difference with fox farm....(just the Ocean forest soil)......i started off with some shitty (home depot) soil....they grew very slow..... then i transplanted to ff and they've already doubled in size.... over night... also i read about making reflectors out of soda cans online..... but for those big lights use like a 4loko can or... arizona... yanno a bigger can..

I'm growing in soil. Decided to ditch the reflectors and make my own vent reflector using a DIY I saw on 420mag. Took a 7' vent, cut it to size, made 4 holes along the top, and hung it to the closet. Hung some reflective plastic down the top. Temperature was around 33C without a fan, so opened the closet door a bit and used an oscillating fan for now.

Looking a little better I think.

I'm thinking of either attaching a couple florescent tubes along each side of the closet but can't think of a decent way to do this and have it adjustable.
