CFL and soil moisture

when my plant gets bigger and the lights are farther away from the ground will it let the soil dry out properly or will it stay too damp and cause problems and how would i fix that if its going to be a problem?

as your plants get bigger they will start to take in more moisture from the soil so unless you have some really poor mixed soil or other conditions this should not be a problem!

Get reflective material on your walls to puch more light to the bottom. good luck

oh ya thats right! plus it still get kinda warm in there and i got some happy frog and already have some reflective material going on but i need to redo it. thanks guys!

not just any reflective material!!!!!! you can use flat white like the inside side of wrapping paper or paint your room or area flat white... or mylar, which conveniently is a space blanket where you can get any most drugstores and walmarts etc. or buy it by the roll at hydro stores or online
using aluminum foil is bad because it reflects HEAT more intensely than Mylar or flat white
