Caregiver ?'s

So if your a caregiver do you have to cultivate at home or would you be able to rent out a location? And if so would that location need to be disclosed? On all the caregiver forms it just asks for MAILING address. Also what if the caregiver got extended plant counts or would it still be safe just to stay under 99plants?

I recently renewed my red card and the dr. Advised me that anything over 25 puts you on a special list so I stayed at 24. As far as location not sure the legalities but of your trying to do it legit I would consult a lawyer.

Yea from the research I've done seems like a lot of that stuff is still in the grey area, that sounds good I will try to consult with a lawyer.

So I was introduced to a caregiver today and looks like he's doing pretty much what I asked has extended plant counts and a big shop, he said he's been there for over a year with no problems. He said even the fire dept and city went to make sure everything was legit such as electricity and emergency exits......but I will still talk to a lawyer have an appt on Monday, feel pretty excited.

Talk to your lawyer.
Asking advice here is lol.

Don't listen to me, but
The red card only allows you 3 mature plants per person serveed.
If you have a "higher plant count" that is only a defense against prosecution in court, not a guarantee you can not be raided.
