Caregiver question

So to sell marijuana I grow to dispensaries and/or patients i just need a medical card, or is there a caregiver card

you will need your medical card to get in to the dispensaries. you will also need to accumulate enough caregiver cards to enable you to grow enough plants to do it. You get to have 12 plants per card, with 5 caregiver cards max.

edit....you can have in your possession at one time, 2.5 oz's per card, so to walk into a dispensary with enough to sell, you'll want a couple cards at least, like your and one other, or more. I won't sell them less than 4 zips at a time to make the effort worth it.

the only way you can be 'compensated' in Michigan is by your 5pts you are a caregiver to...
those 5pts can compensate you for the medicine they receive from you--


you can be a CG for 5 pts that are CG for 5pts that are CG for 5p pts.....you get the picture-

you cannot 'sell' weed/medicine in Michigan as far as I know...

did you ever try and sell medicine to a dispensary....?.....LOLOL

there are lots of dispensaries here doing the 'selling' and everyone is waiting for the McQueen ruling to see if they will shut them down-

i believe in the old hippy proverb that says--"never say the word 'sell' and 'weed' in the same sentence".........

its bad luk or something .....by the way wat are we smokin today tokendaily?

what are you talking about dude? I think your confused, do you think the shops just magically create those meds, or do you think growers are selling to them?

I think the misconception that you can just grow marijuana and walk into any dispensary and sell it is pretty funny. Seems like this is a pretty common belief, hope you don't wind up in jail.

You walk in and drop off samples, and have them call you back if they're interested, unless you have a relationship with the owners and staff.

^^^^^^oh I c---yes you can sell your 'meds' to dispensaries.....
--if they will buy it-

but I'm not sure that it has been established as 'legal' yet--unless the dispensary is your CG or connected --thru your card
for tax reasons....but it's going on all over-
.and then if/when that is established you will have to fill out a 1099 for the clubs you 'sell' to-
just like in a lot of the other states where dispensaries operate-
leaving a nice trail to your activities-

i personally don't feel comfortable 'selling' meds to dispensaries/strangers-or getting a 1099 once they come 'online'

I share with a lot of pts....and they 'compensate' me nicely

i am waiting to see what the MSC rules on 'selling'----being an old guy I grew up where you just don't admit it or talk about it--

i myself don't sell to dispensaries or want to--and I really never get that far .....'dude'------

besides from my experience alot of the dispensaries have 'imported' erb.......so yes there is some 'slight' of hand majic going on--but I do see local grown-

and soon hopefully if the dispensaries do come 'online' after McQueen--we will only see "perfect" AAA- erb/medicine being sold at these places-so they can justify the $

hell i know of atleast 1 place that has a month waiting list unless of course as was mentioned above you have a relationship with the owner/operator

LOLOLOL actually smoking on middys powered in keif, at the mothers for the weekend and shes not a fan of the odor so middys keeps it down but damn i want my branch of some 808 Honolulu strain to finish drying i have like a 11 inch nug thats guna be like 33 grams, BUT listen guys, Mad eastcoast rep but from the sounds of it Michigan just doesn't have their legislation all down and it seems theres alot still left in the unclear
