carbon filter without exhaust

I'm growing only 1 plant and it's starting to stink up my basement. I'm growing in Wisconsin so I can't risk getting caught. Does anybody have a filter that just recirculates? I would also prefer one that's quiet. Any suggestions?

Bucket of o.n.a with a fan stuck to the top blowing out into the room.
Check YouTube for ideas there's a lot of em on there.
If it's one plant I'd even consider those automatic spraying air fresheners

You can put a carbon filter on a fan and just run it in the room. Not quiet but it will work...

IMHO, ONA just creates a different stink...
