carbon filter, will this work????

Will this fan http://www.htgsupply.com/viewproduct.asp?productID=46434 work with a three dollar carbonfilter https://www.rollitup.org/grow-room-design-setup/63004-my-3-carbon-filter.html will it be enough power to push through the filter. I'll be using a 4 by 2 foot tent. Thanks

no, i got a 6 inch booster fan and it moves like noooo air, and if u wer to put that filter on the 4inch i doubt it would do much for u, but try it

about 4 plants. If I stepped it up to the 6 inch version that moves 250 cfm, you think that would work?

if your looking at a booster fan that says 250 cfm it really doesnt move that much air i have the 3 dollar filter hooked up to a vortec fan i had sinifcant loss of flow unless the fan cost at least 100 bucks it proably wont work here is a link for a really good fan a good price http://www.businesslights.com/valueline-inch-centrifugal-inline-fan-p-2045.html
