Carbon filer?

Ok guys this might sound stupid but i thought i check it anyway! Im starting new project with 7plants as the last one was sucsess! The last growing problem was i didnt have proper extractor fan and filter this time im getting fan and filter but i was thinking does filter cools down air when its extracted from grow room? I cant get air outside so it will stay inside room im just thinking about temperature inside room how hight would that be?
Any coments on greenhouse seeds mix packs?

The filter does not cool down the room BUT the air that is extracted through the filter will be warm air so kinda yes. You want to draw the heat out and not just keep pumping air in, you cant just keep pumping air in or it will just circulate the warm air already inside.
