Can't wait to get started with my new setup.. budbox 5x5 tent, lumatek zuess 600w pro, 6" hyperfan V2 stealth+ 6" carboair 50, gonna be growing in Coco/peble's using my 4 (18ltr) Wilma system, will be grow 4 green house seeds white rhino.should be fun!

Integrated pest management. It’s not a matter of if you’ll get bugs, it’s when. I use a brand called plant therapy that is a miticide and fungicide. It smells like candy canes ( peppermint oil). I spray that every 2 weeks through veg and for after the first 2 weeks of flower. Just better safe then sorry. Mites ruined my first grow. By the time I got some mighty wash it was too late.

Could that be the reason I got springtails??
 
It could help repel them maybe, I've personally never had one in my grow nor do I know anything about them but i did have earwigs hiding under my pots. I dont think plant therapy would be good fit for that, but i'll say when i eliminated all the earwigs around my house/lawn i never saw them in the tent again. But I will shout the 'fundamental' act of IPM forever after my first grow.

Also you've had alot more success at growing than me so take that into consideration. If it aint broke dont fix it.
