Can you use insecticidal soap on (rooted) baby clones?

Just curious!? I came accross some "Bon-Neem - Insecticidal Soap". Says It also kills white powder mildew. Im in the North west...had a slight issue with the white powdery mildew before. I dont have to but I wanted to put some on as a prenventitve type of thing right now while they are baby clones (i just got them) i'm just wondering if anyone else has tried an insecticidal soap on (rooted) baby clones before? and or do you recommend it? I know SM90 works well, i just dont have that in my hands right now, lol. Any tips or advise would be nice, Thanks.

I have used Bonner soap in the past but prefer Neem OIl, out of preference, but sure you can hit those clones with either, and now is the best time to prevent any molds getting at them ...or bugs too
