Can you plant germinated seeds straight into rockwool into 3 gal pots?

I don't have a setup for seedlings to grow in order to be transplanted. I have a 430 watt HPS system in a grow tent. Can I plant the germinated seeds into rockwool straight into soil? and if so, how do I water the plants in buckets with no holes on the bottom. Thank you.

yes you can but don't put them directly under the hps light, give them some space. That light is too intense for seedlings. Don't want to fry 'em.
