Where I live there is no neem meal or crab meal, Im going to build my own soil and go all organic for the first time but where I live most anti-pest things you can put in your soil are not available. Any suggestions?

I have no access to them either,I chose a dry fertilizer like Gaia Green that has a bunch of different amendments that would have cost a small fortune to buy individually.

one alternative for Neem is Karanja seed. it's very effective and doesn't smell as strong as neem.

I would read up on Coots soil recipe and also look into KNF aka Korean Natural Farming. it is a permaculture based method of organic farming that uses your plants from local environment as inputs for natural fertilizers and also pest prevention. many of them are fermented- look up FPJ AKA fermented plant juice. .

I'm currently using a product from Down To Earth Organics. it is their Veganic mix. I have used this along with ewc perlite and peat to make a supersoil. it replaces the need for guano and fish/crab blood/bone meal with things like alfalfa meal and soybean meal. Recently switched to using a pre-made supersoil from BuildASoil but after I used it for 2 rounds I also just amended with ewc and the DTE Veganic mix. Take a look at the ingredients list on there.

my point is there are lots of different things you can substitute in your recipe. let us know what area of the world you live and maybe we can help you think up some alternatives!

I just realized my post doesn't even come close to helping you out, Saturday morning buzz although relaxing doesn't necessarily mean productive.Carry on.

I know this may be sort of controversial (and late) but why would you want to put anything in your soil that is antimicrobial?
