Can you just pop and go?

is this possible? in a region such as southern ontario, can i just germ some seeds, chuck em in random places, never look back till say september.

yeah, if the strain is a pest/disease resistent and overall hardy plant it can be done. Since my goddamn crop got all seeded up I am going to do this, just plant a whole shitload of seeds all over up here in the mountains, see if I can start a weed forest hahaha.

But your better off atleast loosening up the soil with a shovel that the plant will be growing in.

Yeah you could, but an easier way to grow like that, get a mother plant or two and just plant clones everywhere you were thinking of planting your seeds. Just planting seeds outside and not checking up on them at all I would think a lot of the seedlings wouldn't make it.

Yeah, it's possible. I know a dude that did pretty much just that in the great lakes region.

Depends on if the specific site. How is the light, drainage, security, etc.

yes, but with out weeding out the males nearby you'll end up with mostly seeds (along with every one else within miles of them)

ya im actually only gonna plant 3, each with about 10-12 mins worth of driving between then. i guess i could check on them like once in a while, i guess i might have miss worded, i mean like sporadically, maybe once every 2-3 weeks.
