Can you grow more plants that what is allowed if you are growing with another patient

Hello, I am in the bay area and I want to know if it is okay/legal to have a group of Prop 215 patients and grow in one designated place for everyone, therefore increasing the number of plants allowed to grow (6 mature plants per patient), as long as all of the documents are kept with the garden?

Would you then need to start your own coop or collective and be licensed etc?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

First of all when you say be " licensed" there is no licesense to grow weed unless maybe you live in oakland or Sf or somting everywhere else you cant even get a buisness lic for a dispensary...Most dispensary eather have no buiss. lic or they have one for say retail or herbal supplements but there is no " licsense to grow weed" Second yes you can grow more if you are there caregiver .....although i think there is a limit of how many people you can grow for i think its like 3 people im not sure you have to research it

The California Supreme Court ruled in Jan tihs year that no limit may be set on the number of plants that a Prop 215 patient can grow. I live in Central Cali, am an ex-police officer, and maintain relations with several local officers. I actually gave one of them a tour of my grow. HILARIOUS!!! ANYWAY, ALL of the officers I've spoken with say that because of that ruling they don't mess with anyone that has their rec and 99 or fewer plants. They say it's a waste of their time to mess with anything smaller than that. I would think that you could care for a few patients with half that amount of medicine. I WOULD make sure that everyone has their paperwork in order, but as long as that is good, nowhere does it say you can't grow in the same spot.

Im not doubting you or anything bro but is this for real? i live in so cal and if this is true then you just opened a new window of opportunity for me

Do you have a link or something i can look up ordnance code maybe? Something i can print stateing this with creditable credentials to post next to the grow op. Any more info on this will be greatly appreciate. +rep for your extra work

Yes this is correct but state guild lines is still 6 plants per patient so just depends on what county you live in .......Yes if you have more then 6 and you get busted you probably with a lawyer can get out of it but that dosent mean the cops wont arrest you and sieze your shit and you have to make bail and this fact alone can cause all kinds of problems even if you do get the case dropped it will be all bad...

I grow 9 at a time and yes im over 6 but im not worried about getting busted because im so low profile and not worth there time but at the same time im not under any dalustions that im protected by the law 100%
