Can you do anything to make medicine once your plants get sick with bud rot?

Fellow stoneheads,

This year has been the worst conditions for growing outside here in Southwest Washington state. It is been cold wet and humid for majority of the flowering season sadly. I've had to build hoop houses over all of my plans to protect them from the elements, and I have constantly been blowing fans on them to try to remove humidity around the plant and help with airflow. I ended up having to bring all the plans I have in pots into my garage to finish them off inside because of all the bud rot issues I've been having. I've had to harvest a couple of my plans early and others I've been removing sites where I've been finding bud rot and being very sterile about the whole process. There were three plants in the ground rather than pots that are monsters, and have been mixed and they're showing signs of sickness. The J one smelt the best and looked amazing out of all my plans for being out door, and has been resistant to bud rot completely until this morning. I found brown and fuzzies growing on the inside of one of the main colas and I'm trting to figure out what to do from here. Here are my questions if any experts or people that have had direct experience could please answer; I appreciate the desire to share with me but I ask nobody answer with info they read somewhere or a friend told them...
1. My first reaction is to want to cut the plant now to save as much as possible, but I haven't started the flush process at all. Is it better to take the plant now or do I remove all the rot from the bud and start the flush, then remove all the new rot and flush tomorrow, repeat until it's been flushed enough?
2. Anything that's bad on the buds I have been diligently removing every day but just today I looked at the buds in which I removed it from with a microscope and I'm seeing a few white fuzzy's hearing their signs of mold and mildew, is this going to spread to other buds in my drying room if hung near by? Or across the room is it still contagious?
3. My dad can't smoke anymore because of pre-cancer but still needs his medicine, can he still find a way to save the buds? Iso alcohol/ever clear method some how? Blast it to make bho? I've also seen things said about you finding a way to use the micron screens to filter, I have the set of bags but want to know that exact filtering process if so.

Bud rot is in and on your plant on a cellular level,meaning that it actually infiltrates the cells and at this point is actually part of the plant like powdery mildew . You can wash off the "fuzz" with water, bleach , peroxide or what have you but all that does is remove the fruiting bodies. The spores are still through the entire plant so........ I personally do not use plants that mold or mildew. Im sure this wont be a popular responce but it is what it is. Smoking spores gives off other carcinogens that may be harmful to your body. Eating medibles is probably less harmfull due to the stomach's harsh environment... Regardless the amount that needs to end up in the yard waste bin ... I wouldnt personally use it. Do as you like by all means though.
