Can u tell me best deal/Light?

this is 2nd grow. my cl oset space is approx. 30" w by 30" d by 5't. I have 3 light systems I am looking at and from thelashop.com it is a 400w switchable and is priced at 199.95 the sku is 11hml004-400-r3-I. It is sort of cheap lookingbut seem to be a good deal.

The 2nd is aGalaxy400w Agrotech Complete system for 249.95. Item # CL5010

Accessdiscounts.com has 1000w switchable, skucode: sku-66045 for292.00 but I am worried this might b too much light? any comments or input greatly app.

I got it at my local hydro shop. he's got 2700k's and 6500k's

htg supply is the cheapest, and god qaulity
