Can too much of one nutrient cause burn while plant is deficient in others?

My plants are in a coco perlite mix and even with my nutrient regiment (organic) and i am experiencing major micronutrient deficiencies. At the same time after my last feeding i noticed slight nutrient burn on leaf tips. The plants already have a magnesium def (hopefully corrected from adding camg+), but i can definitively tell the difference between the two. My nutrient line is roots organics supplemented with Calcium, Magnesium, .1% iron and .01% rest of micronutes. Just started adding the Cal, Mag, and micronutes last week, but i havn't noticed improvement. PH is at a stable 6 and i have noticed no signs of PH spotting nor do i expect to using a medium like coco coir. Any experts out there who can help?

Pics Coming..

i just leached the coco and added Biothrive grow and CaMG+ at 1/2 strength. I was using Roots Organics line but i have switched to GO because of cal, mag, zinc, and iron def. I assumed there was a nute lock out which is why i flushed the coco. How long until i notice results? Should i be feeding at full strength or even 2X strength because of such a severe deficiency. I only went 1/2 strength because i just leached them out and did not want to shock them.
