Can This be White Hairs?

i c were more leaves r growing but under microscope i c something also that look like white hairs all this is happing around the stem may not can see but here is a pic plant growing outside almost a month might i b lucky or jumping the gun

I think you might be jumping the gun at bit IMO.Even male plants show what seem to be white hairs on the stem under magnification.

give it a week...if it doesnt turn into a branch....post again

You need a new picture to see it clearly, right now it could be anything.

Look for white hairs over all nodes, look closely they come out of a little oval.
Look near top of plant for 'balls' males show ball build up much faster near the 'colas' of the plants and becomes easily visible when they build it (it happens quickly).

Females you can think are males, but as long as each node side has 1 ball, it still could be both.
Make sure you feed light bloom nutes to help the process along, it might slowed right now if you havent.

how did you get the microscope in amongst the plant?

Where are you at? Are they getting 12/12 light outside? If not then you are probably jumping the gun.
