Can this be bought in stores!?

Are generic fixtures like the one above sold in stores like home depot/lowes etc. or even a pet supply store. I need a cheap reflective fixture for some cfl's. All advice much appreciatedd.

yes both and any auto parts store they are called shop/drop lights
