Cops were here with the cps, daughter told the I smoked. Unclear as to how it got from smoking to pot smoking, fu....g teacher. Anyway cop and cps lady came in, asked qustions, Ilet them search with no warrant they found zip nodda, zero. Cps lady says they will not remove my daughter from the house, cool. What I want to know is can these assholes come back, or is it look you were here once, you found nothing beat it.

depends if they have a warrent next time. you can tell them that they already harrassed you enough and to get a warrent the second time which gives you a lil time to get your shit out of there.

i dont have any personal experience but i would think its a once an done type thing. if they continuously bother you go downtown and ask for a behaviour bond on the entire cps and that will prevent them from continualy callin an all that crap. i would tell them if they came back that you were really getting upset and offended an that if they dont leave you alone you will start persuing harrassment charges

who called? usually they dont mess with you if its the first time and they come to the house unannounced and dont find anything they usually dismiss it pretty quickly. now if they come back on a second and third call they start checking into it. and ask them to send you the paper of your closed case. depending on state (i.e. florida has thirty days) to close the case and at the thirty day mark you ask them to mail the paper if you have that paper they cant come back and mess with you-unless they get a new call
the school called, they were talking about smoking and it killing people, my daughter must have told them "the secret" the cps lady and the cop both stood not 10 feet from it, I had so much shit packed in front of the whole room it would have taken hours to get to, but still they showed no intrest in looking in there

btw.. they probably wont come back.. did your child tell them you grow, or smoke. if its just smoke i'd guess they dont care and only showed interest because its there job to respond on a call.. otherwise i dont see them wasting their time.
