can someone help me out please!

hay guys and girls .. i need a bit of help , ive been giving a plant its about 4-5 weeks old looks healthy as , just wondering if its to late to take clones from it, how long b4 it starts budding , and will i need to repot ? to something bigger...

Looks like some kush or indica for real!! Well from your pic you can start taking cuttings and use her as your mother plant. The budding won't happen until you 12/12 her out. KEEP SMOKE ALIVE!!
