Can someone give me a hand.....?

I just purchased a pantry cupboard which i intend on converting into my flowering chamber. i will be running a 400 watt hps in it and the dimensions are 3' wide by 2' deep by 5'ft high. I know this is about 30 cu ft my questin is how should i vent it? i dont want to start hacking holes and Fuk it all up.as well ill be running a home made carbon filter on it so could someone maybe give me a few suggestions? thx for the help riu's

I would cut a small circular hole in the bottom side part of the box, and then create a hole on the top of the box or the side that either has ducting or where the actual vortex fan will come out... but you want a vortex fan sucking air all the way from the bottom hole that is open up to the top of the box and then into a carbon scrubber. Properly seal off everything but that intake hole and you will have negative pressure.

sounds like the same cabinet i had, the olny way i could cool it was hacking 2 holes and venting my air cooled reflector. i ran my carbon filter on the outside of the cabinet. a 400 in a cabinet that size will give you some fat juicey buds.
