can someone clear this up

hey everyone i have a couple questions i looked everywhere but cant find any solid answers. so i have done lots of indoor grows but this year i decided to go ahead with it anyway, i live a little north of toronto, my two strains are sweet tooth and kish (shiskaberry), the majority of the clones have been transplanted a couple days ago from being rooted, sitting under 1 t5, and 2 t8s (16watt i think, the biggest t-8 bulb there is anyway) and soon they will be in the flower room plus at times for extra growth and to start acclimating. spots are scouted and started bringing in material. because i work full time i wont have the plants in the dirt until maybe 5 days before the 21st. so i hate asking a question like this, like i said i only have done indoor, i feel like everyone will look at this like i look at people asking how many plants they can fit under a 1000watt. so i am confused about when they will stop growing in veg, the 21st they start to get less light, i know it takes a few weeks longer to flower outside, but realistcly how long on average before the plants start to transistion and stretch. i mean are they only going to veg for like 2 weeks, will they even have much weight. im just really worried about doing all this work just for some extra meds and have some little plants that barley grew., if this is the case i will probably do a lot less just for experimenting and trying it. thanks for your time
by the way i have done extensive research on everything, its not a case of me not looking, just this one topic theres not really any solid info, either people dont know or they talk about starting them in april, i know it will be nothing compared to if i started them indoors in april but thats nots my question, and that is what most of the answers seem to be and i get that concept however this year i just didnt have the resources to do so. i just didnt want anyone thinking i haven't dug for the answer on my own.

I live in the northeast United States and my plants don't start to flower until early August. You will have plenty of veg time.

i know from research that would seem the case but of course there are tons of people saying they will be tiny, but im assuming it is from the people who start super early every year, thanks for quick answer

Agreed. I am close enough to you to know that you do indeed have plenty of time.. Seasons just getting started around here. Plenty of time to grow a monster!
