Can someone advise me on these bad boys

I already have a 600w hps but want to start a second setup. Because of costs on electric wanted to go CFL or tubes on this setup.

Found this light and wondered if it would be ok for a 1m square tent with 4 plants.

Also if I swap the bulb to the reds would they be ok with flowering too.

Any help would be great.

evening, these are the same cfl lights I use although I got a 300w cfl light for flowering as highest red output I could find. mine are 6 weeks into flower and smelling good, I too have 4 plants in the 2 on the left are a couple inches higher then the 2 on the right as the bulb hits the 2 on left more. I added extra 40w cfl's to the right 2 to help out all seems well at min.

I did not know until recently flowering with cfl's takes a little longer (2weeks) so beware
