can she live?

Is there any chance she will recover? I overwatered apparently. it's day 6, shes under 4 54watt t5s.

I am still a bit confused about how to tell whether or not I have overwatered or underwatered. What should I be looking for in the future while on the road to recovery? Also would it be bad for me to surround her with some peat moss? This is my first grow and it seems like the peat moss holds water pretty well.

What is it in now? you don't want it to stay saturated, you want the soil to breathe.

She's in a regular commercial organic potting mix.
