can i use theses for my next grow

i went to walmart and saw these light bulbs they had, there was blue ones that were 75 watts and also red ones isnt that the color of leds? so would they work?

Literally red and blue colored? No, these would not work. Red and blue is referring to the color spectrum temperature, not just the color of the lights. Just stick to 6500K veg and 2700k flower. Hell, the red and blue ones wont hurt, but they probably wont help either. Every now and then I see people on here include them into their grows, but I have yet to see any actual evidence of them affecting the grow at all. If someone could provide some proof that they help, i might sing a different tune, but I would spend my money on something better, like more duct tape.
