can i use a inline booster 424 cfm fan for 6in carbon filter?

got a 6 inch carbon filter, says optimiom cfm is 265-425

is my 6 inch booster fan good for this its 424 cfm or does it need to be an inline fan?

Runing it through a cooltube, can i use this 1 fan for the cooltube AND carbon filter? thanks

I use a 250cfm duct booster with a carbon filter for a 4x4 drying tent. Seems to work okay. Theres some negative pressure.

sorry, meant to say its a 8 inch booster fan with 424 cfms not a 6 inch, (the carbon filter is 6 inch)
