can i use 2 $15 wallwart exhaust fans for inlet at the bottom and exhaust in top

iv got a 4'x2'x6' grow cab can i use 2 200m exhaust fans and just put like a stocking on the inlet at bottom to dull it down a bit would this work with a 400 hps light? any 1 done similar:leaf:

Yea that should be fine has long has fresh air is been taken into the grow room then everthing should be good................................tyke.....................................................................................

how about just one fan to exhaust the hot air, and a small hole at the bottom so air can get in? (for a 100W CFL Box)

in my cfl box we have one fan for intake buttom right and a hole with a dryer tube for exhaust in upper left, works perfect, temp and humidity are perfect, can handle up to 8 plants, as long as the box is air tight the exhaust hole will suck air quite well, i like to keep it simple

so i cant use in exhaust fan to suck in air from my room, into grow cab then s pedistol fan inside cab then another exhaust fan in top that goes into roof? any body

yes you can but what people are saying is you dont have to have a fan for inlet you can use passive ie a hole or 2 in say the bottom back wall

oh right get ya now. think i will need 1 for a 400w hps light. so does any1 use exhaust fans to suck in air to there cabs?

im running 400w and im only using passive at the moment but its been winter here we just getting in to the hot months now and im thinking i will have to put in an inlet fan the only reason i havent yet is cause i figured im using enough power at the moment no need to add to the bill if no need lol
lottsa people do use em
it really depends on ya cab design location etc.. etc.. i would say just put one in if ya got it
