can i start flowering with 6500k cfl's?

i have 7 23watt cfls on one plant. can i start flowering with these? i kno 2700k would be better but my hps is in the mail

yeah, they will work fine. I've seen people flower with MH lights with no problem either.

it will work, just not the best, also i have noticed the blue lights (6500k) are hotter than the red ones(2700k) my 1st grow i used cfls only in a dual cab 2x3x3h

can i start flowering with 6500k cfl's?
