Dont chop the plant. Just pluck the little tiny thing off. It doesn't even necessarily look like a staminate, maybe just a seed pod. There is no need to cull the whole plant due to one little thing on the top cola.

i cant see any hermie bits? that pod thing on top looks like it has pistols coming out of it, which happened to my plant, looked like a seed pod and sprouted pistols out of it, check if it has pistols

2 65w 2700k cfls 2 26 watt 6500k cfls and 2 26 watt 2700k shining up from down below on each side, and i suppose "close" wasnt the right word, I knew she was still a couple weeks out or so, but the little "seed pod lookin thing" just scared me a bit and i didnt want it to burst if it was...but alas i was unsure and thats what lead me to post xD....

Dont chop her down. I am with the majority of the rest of the posters here. She is blooming and producing that Mind bending THC. From the pics i would guess she is at least 5 to 6 weeks away from harvest. I didnt see any amber or red pistils. Hope this helps. Just relax, smoke some bud if you got it and realize that you got a great plant getting ready to harvest.

This is my opinion drawing from my experience with growing.

Peace
