Can I do this?

I have 1 foot plants and they're really bushy but the stems need to be worked on a lil bit more, But I was wondering can I Expose my plants to 2 different environments? The first one being my wannabe grow room with 200W of light then moving them outside during the day for Direct Natural Sunlight(9:00AM), and just putting them back in my grow room at night or when it gets dark (7:00PM)? The reason I want to do this is I can't afford a 200$ 450w HPS light yet, and I'm desperately trying to give my plants more light, Not only that but it's almost summer time I live in california so the sun is amazing!! Help plz

You will burn them up. The sun is not a 200w light bulb and your plants will stress if exposed all day. Introduce them to the sun gradually bumping up the hours everyday.

yep, start by giving them some morning/evening Sun, if you blast em with mid day summer sun right away they might stress out a bit

Just be aware of environmental conditions....bringing your plants outside can introduce them to bugs and disease. I had some plants that I grew on my patio and brought them indoor for flowering and introduced nats worm bugs etc. to my inside grow room and other plants. Also like proso mentioned introduce them slowly so the new much brighter light or that could through them off a little. I would say stick to your grow room but with your lack of light it would def. help.
