Can I change my light schedule

My lights are coming on at 1:45pm and I want to have them come on at 2:45 can i just leave the lights off for 7 hours instead for 1 day and then go back to 18hours starting at 2:45pm? reason is because it is too hot here around 1:45, and it starts to cool around 3ish.. is this ok?

Just switch it to what you want. A one time switch doesn't affect the plants in any way.
