Can I add Earth Dust dry nutrients to water without bubbling it?

I want to add Earth Dust dry nutrients to my water bottle. I was thinking of just adding it in, shaking it for a day, then using it. I know people make teas and bubble it, but I don't want to bubble it because I am only using a small amount of it. It simply wouldn't be enough water to be able to bubble it.
Would doing it this way still add more readily available nutrients to it? I'm not at all concerned with microbes in the tea since I use King Krab bacteria.
