Can anyone rate/recommend these cheap DealExtreme fake UFO lights

I was thinking of buying either one of the following just to try them out as they are not too expensive.
I've read that the two watt bulbs are better than one (better light penetration?)

But in this case the panel with 2watt led's is more expensive than the one with 1watt.
I'm currently growing with a 600watt hps so temps can be an issue for me and just want to add a few more lumens without raising the temps too much.

Opinions would be great

I would steer WAAAY CLEAR of any cheap Chinese made LED panels that are not tried and true, Ive heard horror stories of people getting LED's much like what you linked to and they don't work for shit, cheap materials, cheap diodes, not enough watts etc. I wouldn't get ANY LED panel unless I heard from someone I know that says they work and work well. There are many growers here that have use all kinds of models so I would PM one of them and ask their opinion. Right now LED's are way too expen$ive to not make absolutely sure your getting what you pay for.
