Calling all doctors in for round two diagnosis- Babies need help

Hey Guys,

One is looking really bad and crispy... it's killing me. What is it and how do I fix it? The other one is doing okay although the bottom leaves are fried, the rest of the plant seems okay. How is it looking to you guys?

Is it a deficiency?

you burned them. too much fertilizer. the only thing that's deficient are your growing skills.

how about a little constructive criticism... Is it fixable from here?

nope. the one plant looked salvageable. when your new growth looks that bad its time to start over. cut the nutes back to a very weak solution.
