Caleb from Brotanical gardens is a thief and a coward

I'm 39 years old terminally ill an disabled and have been growing cannabis for over 25 years.
10 of those I have ran ethos.
Last year I split ways with my partner and started my own grow and in doing so lost access to the multipass we have been working under and most of the genetics I had been running. So I started my own account at Botanical Gardens and ordered some seeds based on patient request. Anyway I was very excited to discuss my plans to produce seeds using feminine pollen I produced months prior. I told them my plans and he sent two different Pluto's cut autos and lilac cookies as freebies. My order was a Grandpa's stash multipack and a Cherry Garcia pack. I was thrilled and very thankful for the freebies until I tried to soak them in they all sunk. Out of all of the seeds I received from Brotanica Gardens through Caleb from ethos only one of them germinated and survived. When I started these seeds also started 20 seeds from my own collection ,some of which were from other local breeders and they all germinated , No problems whatsoever. All right so these things happen so what happens next is really important. We all know we're on a time schedule and people depend on us for medication. I depend on this medication! That being said you would think a sense of urgency would be had amongst these vendors. That is not at all the case. I tried in vain many times to reach out to Caleb via text direct message emails phone calls xcetera
Of course he never answered but I did get a response from Botanical when I wrote them directly and they acknowledge the situation. They asked me what failed to germinate and my order number.
I'm thinking YeSS! They are listening and they do care!!!
That was weeks ago and and they never responded to my answering their email.
So I continue to write them and warn others of the change that has taken place at Ethos.
They are apparently hiring crackheads sell seats for them and not monitoring customer service. Anybody can be a pollen chucker or a middleman but not everybody can handle customer service. Caleb is obviously unscrupulous and does not care about the customer or the reputation of ethos. Because of my experience with him and the lack a response or caring from ethos I will no longer be buying their products and I will make it my life's work to make certain that no one else does either

Hi ive removed your photos because personal names emails etc should not be visable, thats considered doxxing, and your fullname was on their stuff,m so can you block all that out and repost?
