Cabinet design quetions: Size and Lighting

Hey guys, I have an area in my apartment that will be 84 inches tall and 28-30 inches wide with probably 28 inches of depth. I am planning on building a closet to inclose this and was wondering what is the best way to optimize this closet with a veg and flower chamber.
I am set up to use an aeroponics system, but am perpared to try a bubbleponics system or repeat two different aeroponics system..

anyways my biggest concerns are lighting and size of each chamber...

Questions:
1. I know this will start a debate, but will cfl's be appropriate for the size? or will i need a 250-400watt HID?

2. How big should i make my veg chamber and how big should i make my flower chamber?

Considerations: I would like to keep this stealth and keep a low energy bill as well as produce a decent sized harvest. I plan on using 4 clamp work lights with supplemental CFL's for each chamber. In addition i will be using a carbon filter for the flower chamber and will hopefully be circulating clean air from the bottom chamber to the top with a regular box fan and holes drilled into the bottom floor of the top chamber...

any help is greatly appreciated...

Whatever you do, you need to make the "flower chamber" light proof. You're vegging area will have lights on 18/6 so they'll be on for six hours while your flower chamber needs to stay dark. I'd make the veg chamber 30" high and use the rest for flower. CFL's for vegging and a 250w HPS to flower. Ventilation is going to be a bitch.
