Is it legal to grow on a property that I do not own or live at?
I have consent from the owner to grow there but I dont know if its actually legal to do. Can someone help me out?
Edit: The owner doesn't have a medical card, only I do.
i think its allowed but if cops come it doesnt work well since the address isnt the same as your recommendation so they might hassle u or take ur plants
