CA courts worked today

I have been in a land dispute. The worst kind, with my neighbor which to put it lightly took a lot for us to even get to this point (first ever legal dispute).

It’s not what I wanted to do with my limited time or limited cash but honestly; there is a right and wrong in the world and if you just would be honest - things work out better imo. Deceitful people suck. Today the court agreed with my view and I am grateful.

Right and wrong still matter

Ya it taken years to sort this out and ya know how lawyers are….they spin things to make you look like a “loonie tune” but when the judge finally ruled today it made me feel really good. I am not the problem - I am the solution. I am a very reasonable person, as is my wife. Just be reasonable and all will work out and I am still willing to work it out. Just be reasonable ffs….or spend $2M and do it the hard way…your call!
