Buying a Scale what one should I get?

So i have gone through 2 different scales from ebay that were way off on weight and was wondering what scale you would suggest me to buy that does grams? also is there a easy way of finding out if the scale is accurate?

buy a regular scale from a smoke shop, most will do grams and oz. also 1g=1 dollar bill good way to tell if scale is accurate

Even MORE accurate would be a "nickle", (5 cent piece), = 5 grams. Paper dollars tend to lose and gain with humidity.

Any good scale I've bought (around $35-$50) came with a 100 gram weight to calibrate the scale.

I use a triple-beam for hops. They're not expensive and will be more accurate than digital.

Hmmmm.....O.K....after a little digging, I find that "My Weigh" scales, available at Amazon, has an assortment of household weighing devices that would probably serve you pretty well, ranging from around $13/$30.

any scale is fine you can get the cheapest one just keep it CALIBRATED if you use a 100 gram weight for it , it will work just fine for pot

Harbor Freight has a couple of digital setups for < $15, el-cheapo made in China stuff but they work fine and the exact same ones are sold in head shops for => 3X as much.

I don't carry any water for harborfreight; you can also do well looking around for digital postage scales at Staples, Wally, etc . . .

I only weigh ounces and pounds so I use a set of digital kitchen scales. Calibrate them with an unused pack of butter.
