Burn/deficiency on leaves 12/12fs

The plant is just over 8 weeks from seed. Grown in multiputpose compost repotted into3gallon bucket at about 6 1/2 weeks (when preflowers showed). Been on12/12since sprouting under a 250w dual spec hps.

Anyone know what this could be on the leaves and how to diagnose?? seems to be getting worse now..

just zoomed in on 1 of the pics and noticed the swelling internode is splitting dunno if you can see?1st Pic

Havent fed any nutrients since i transplanted about 2 weeks ago, all of this came on after i transplanted and gave it some water
