Burmese Kush having a hermit problem

Just wondering if anyone else has or is having them produce male flowers about 3~4 weeks in to flowering... every crop has been that way... reverse helped them the first 2 grows..

Starting new crop out of the sides i got out of the last cutting.. see if thy do it also..

I love the plants just not the hermy....
