Building foreclosure

So the apartment buidling i'm living in is about to be foreclosed! I talked to a bank guy today and he said i probably wont have to vacate but what happens in the process? WIll they inspect the place? i know the other tenant in the building... what should i do?

how big is your set up? are legit or are you not fortunate enuff to be in a medical state?

Other tenant? If only 2 units then you need to read your lease. If 500 units don't sweat it.
