Building a grow room in my spare room.

I am building a grow tent in a spare room. The room will be 6' x 10' x 8' and will eventually be divided with a center poly wall to a 6' x 4' x 8' and a 6' x 6' x 8' rooms.will only use 2 of the walls and will build a frame out of 2x4 for the other two walls.
Will cover the walls, floor, and ceiling with Panda poly.
6" inline fan pulling air from outside the tent ( the rest of the spare room outside the grow tent with an air conditioner to cool the intake air if need be ) connected to 6" ducting running the length of both rooms ( going through the poly wall ). The ducting will have holes at different angles poked into the length of the ducting. All for fresh air. This will run on one side of the room.
6" inline fan to exhaust both rooms via a Y and a short length of ducting hanging into each room ( still kinda working on pulling this part off ) exhausting the air through the roof into the attic. This will run on the other side of the room, opposite of the intake air ducting, pulling the air right through the plants.
I will have oscilating fans in the room to move more air.

2-400 hps in the 6' flowering room
1-400 mh in the 4' veg./clone room.
None of the lights are equiped with duct/fan style venting (Hoping the intake and exhaust fans will help with the heat)

Humidifier will be available in the room as humidity seems to run low but may be different when the poly is up.

I will be using overlaying flaps probably with velcro for the doors into each room.

Plan is all set have all the material but cannot quit figure the best way to mount the exhaust fan on the ceiling. I have heard just hang by bungies but is that safe enough? this I don't know.
Other question is should I cap the end of the intake duct and just let the air come out the holes made throughout the ducting? Or will that cause a problem as the fan will be pushing more air than can escape fast enough. And if I don't cap it off will the room that the end of the ducting is in get more fresh air and the other room not get enough?

Last but not least if I am using intake and exhaust air ducting is it ok to make this room fairly airtight or is that a bad idea? That I am not sure about being I am pulling in fresh air.
Any ideas, comments, and help is appreciated.

All this is for a medical marijuana soil grow.
