We are experiencing some mite and gnat problems in our warehouse as well. The key to getting rid of them and preventing another infestation is to stick to a schedule. A neem oil solution should be sprayed every three days on the plants. Diatomaceous earth can also be dusted on the underside of the leaves and also spread over the soil. The diatomaceous earth will kill the mites and gnats, and from my experience is one of the most effective organic tools.

ditto! diamoteous earth splits them open when they walk across it, and neem is great..also a little pam spray on the underneath part of the pot is great for keeping them from crawling up.

Azamax or azarol works great for all those problems. Water with it for the gnats and spray for the mites. It is OMRI certified. All organic and all that shit. Basically neem oil but works 100 times better.

i had a huge problem with white flies once and gnats. the organic answer is LADYBUGS, theyre carniverous insects and wont eat your plants.
you can get them at nurserys pretty cheap somwhere or probably off the internet for a lil bit extra (+shipping) if you cant find them
they work wonders, i got a pack of like 300 and they last all season. kind of seem to go away but they go in search of all the bugs to eat them
but i guess this only works outdoors. you dont want 300 ladybugs in your house, a warehouse wouldnt really matter tho. =/
ive heard of this sandy glass type stuff for the soil bugs. you put it on top of the soil and leave it dry, it cuts the bugs up when they walk through it lol. i forgot what its called tho.

Will any of these remedies hurt/slow down the progress of my seedlings? Should i just wait a week or a lil longer until they're bigger? I know the bugs will just multiply but ther are only a couple as of right now.
