bugs on leafs help

hi guys hope someone can help me out just pulled a few leafs off
and done a check and found little whites larve sort of things i'll
post a pic can someone plzz id them for me can theses lil bastards
are causing all sorts of damage. cheers guys.

kind of looks like thrips. spinosad will remedy the situation. GL

Either thrips or aphids.. I use a habanero pepper spray for all my little soft bodied insects, works like a damn charm too. Its a sticky under the bug sub forum

Are these on the upper leaves, lower leaves, or all over?
