Bugs?mold?or just dust?

A y input on what this is? I used 100x magnifying glass in several pictures but didn't see anything moving. There were bugs that I think are under control.

With the leaf damage on pic #2 I'd say bugs smash them and see if they go splat if not then you are probably safe

Looks like bugs, dust on the underside of a leaf is not common. Underside of leaves should look flawless

Looks like early thrip damage. They are nearly impossible to see until it’s too late. Try spraying with Monterey garden spray w/spinosad or neem oil.
